2Steps Payment policy

Through use of our site or our application, we offer a variety of subscriptions, (each a "subscription"). Please review these 2Steps subscription terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms.

1. AUTOMATIC RENEWALS OF SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel.

This means that once you sign up for a free trial or become a subscribing member, your subscription will automatically renew based on the subscription plan.

Please ensure that your billing information is correct to prevent your subscription from lapsing. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the foregoing subscription charges being charged to the card on file on a recurring basis (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc.).) until you cancel the subscription.

If you select the weekly plan your subscription will automatically renew as a rolling subscription and renew at the end of each weekly period, being one week from the date on which your weekly plan was activated.

If you select the monthly plan your subscription will automatically renew as a rolling subscription and renew at the end of each monthly period, being one month from the date on which your monthly plan was activated.

If you select the quarterly plan your subscription will automatically renew as a rolling subscription and renew at the end of each three-monthly period, being three months from the date on which your quarterly plan was activated.

Payment is made in advance for each subscription period. In other words, you can select the subscription period that best satisfies your needs. Once you signed up and paid for the subscription, the selected validity period will be associated with your account.

When your subscription period expires, your credit card will be charged automatically with the subscription plan price which was valid at the time of subscription and your subscription will be renewed for the same period of time unless you cancel your subscription, at least prior to the expiration of your current subscription.

No User's non-use of the service or loss of access to the account is not a satisfactory reason for a refund or free renewal of the Subscription.

If the User loses access to the account, deletes the account, or if the account is deleted by the moderators for violation of the 2Steps Terms of Use, the Administration does not guarantee a refund for the paid subscription.

The cost of the Service is defined in the Tariffs posted on the website and in the 2Steps application.

Premium Subscription costs from $1.00, VIP Subscription costs from $3.00.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS.

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings after logging into the site or the application.

Any amount paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded and you will remain liable for the full subscription fee for the applicable period. 2Steps will not refund subscription fees, either in full or in part, when a subscription is cancelled or terminated.
